At IPTV-NOR, we are committed to providing the best IPTV experience to our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your subscription, our refund policy is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original subscription purchase.
- This policy applies only to the initial subscription fee and does not cover renewals or subsequent charges.
- Refunds are available only for subscriptions that have not been accessed or used during the refund period.
- If your subscription does not function properly and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund within the 7-day window.
2. Non-Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds will not be granted if the subscription has been accessed or used, unless it fails to function as outlined in Section 1.
- Refunds will not be provided for technical issues related to your internet connection, device compatibility, or third-party apps.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team via email at [email protected] within the 7-day eligibility period. Include:
- Your full name and email address
- Subscription details
- A brief description of the issue encountered
Our team will review your request and attempt to resolve the issue. If no solution is found and your subscription still fails to function, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
4. Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
5. Subscription Cancellation
- Requesting a refund within the eligibility window will automatically cancel your IPTV subscription.
- If you wish to continue using our services after a refund, you will need to purchase a new subscription.
6. Prohibited Countries
IPTV-NOR does not offer services to users in the following countries or regions due to legal restrictions:
- Cuba
- Iran
- Russia
- North Korea
- Syria
- Crimea
- Donetsk
- Luhansk
If you reside in any of these locations, you are not permitted to use our services.
